  1. Chag sameach (khahg sah-MAY-akh) which means "Happy holiday!"
  2. Chag Sukkot sameach (khahg sukkot sah-MAY-akh) which means "Happy Sukkot!"
  3. Moadim L’simcha (Moh-ah-DEEM Le-sim-CHAH ) which meanstimes of joybut is used to wish someone a happy holiday. This is used during Chol Hamo-ed (the intermediate days of Sukkot). If someone says this to you, you can reply with the traditional response, chagim u’zmanim l’sasson (khag-EEM oo-zmahn-EEM le-sah-SOWN), which meansholidays and times for celebration!
